10 Day money back warranty: If your purchase is DOA (dead on arrival) you may return the product to us via FedEx or UPS with a tracking number  within 10 days.  We don't refund the shipping fees. We will gladly refund your purchase. You may return purchase if you do not like the item with 3 days via FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. Item must be in original new condition with include all accessories shipped with phone. In  this case we charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price less shipping and handling..

One year manufacture warranty:  We offer a one year warranty on all items sold. Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair,  buyers must  pay all the shipping fees for return and shipment back to them. This means buyers needs to pay for shipment of item back to them.
